Couldn't agree more! Often, this "devolution" in employee attire tends to go on till extremes are reached unless checked. There is a difference between casual dressing and sloppy dressing. I have also observed that the meticulous, diligent and systematic employee will be equally punctilous about his/her attire. And by the way, the "shoes make my feet sweat" part made me laugh because it's such a common excuse!
I like how the boss gets progressively more bald...
